MMA training, ( Mixed Martial Arts ) consists of developing your mind and body to respond incase a real situation occurs. Much like the Kenpo training, you are taught to use  all your weapons while standing or on the ground. Combining Kenpo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai and Boxing, this produces and elite style of fighting for competition or everyday self defense. While sparring at a low 30% everyone wears protective gear and control to assure the highest level of training is produced. You cant train if your hurt or broken. Some days you'll work on stand up. Others strictly ground game. To turn it up a notch, we mix them both up and train half an half which you can truly feel  the results.

CAGE

   For the true competitor seeking higher results and cage experience, take everything from above, turn it up about 50 - 75%  and expect more body core training, weight management, full contact extreme  hands on training.
